All co-organisers will evaluate and present the results of the project in their last Management Board meeting. All publications of catalogues and proceedings will also be presented. The foundation of the Crusades Museum-Mediterranean Centre of Cultural Heritage takes place at the same time with the closure of the exhibition of contemporary art ‘Crossings’. All co-organisers will also discuss the role of the Crusades Museum-Mediterranean Centre of Cultural Heritage on how to become a leading institution promoting the cultural dialogue between the European people.

Press releases will be sent to the press and e-press. Invitations will be sent based on the mailing list of the Pierides Foundation. Invitations will also be sent to academic and cultural institutions as well as research centres.
Medieval Cypriot artefacts exhibited in the Crusades exhibition, works of art exhibited in Crossings, the catalogues of the two exhibitions and the publications of the proceedings of the round table and the international conference as well as visual equipment, constructions and other supportive material used in all main activities of the project will comprise the core of the Crusades Museum-Mediterranean Centre of Cultural Heritage. The Centre is expected to create stimuli and initiatives for further engagement of the public, students, pupils and specialists in matters of Cultural Heritage by supporting conservation studies, art creation and research.
